W is for Water play! Coloring mixing, fine motor skills with syringes, cooperation with peers, expanding vocabulary (i.e. absorb, suction, volume, sink, float, buoyant, etc.)...so much learning!
Today during meeting we read our new Scholastic magazine "Watch Me Change" and introduced our new friends to the Discoverers class...caterpillars who have just entered the chrysalis stage of their journey! We are so excited to watch these little guys transform! Ask your kiddos all about what we discussed and learned today.
Our new kit came with a plastic butterfly that you can wind up with a rubber band.
This is what Ms. Christina looks like when that thing is let loose! Hahahaha! We all had a good laugh!
