All Aboard the Trinket Train!

What better way to recognize the numerals 1-100, begin noticing and using the patterns in higher numbers and learning to group objects into groups of ten than with our class trinkets?!?!  We are only 16 trinkets away from our 100 trinket goal.  

Friends have done a wonderful job being KIND, FLEXIBLE, RESPECTFUL and SAFE in our classroom and it's showing!  Ask you child how they help to contribute to our classroom community on a daily basis :)

We bake cookies for the EJRP Senior Light Tour.  We sure hope that they enjoyed our peanut butter and M&M cookies!

We LOVE our new spool.  It's quite a challenge conquering this beast!  We are always looking for milk crates and wooden planks to add to our playground...please spread the word!

The Letter I

Friends make ornaments for our Giving Tree and then decorate it...so fun!  We are ready for another round of Aunt Dot donations! 

On Tuesday, we began working on the letter I.  Those vowels are tricky, but we did a pretty great job with our word list.
