THANK YOU for all the Donations!

Our donations are all loaded up in my car and ready to be dropped off this afternoon.  I will let you know how many pounds of food we donated once the items have been checked in and weighed by the amazing staff/volunteers at Aunt Dot's!

THANK YOU for your generosity :)

Cookie Decorating!

What Christmas looks like in a preschool classroom :)

During morning meeting, we read about the importance of listening.  Listening to our bodies, our inner voice, our friends, our family and our teachers.  The week leading up to the holiday break is always challenging so we do our best to guide kiddos and set them up for success.

While Ms. Katie reads Cookies for Santa, I set up our cookie decorating.

So much fun!  And delicious!

Random Fun :)

Enjoying our new set of PlayStix from the Baldasaros...thank you for your donation to our classroom!

Friends pretend to be archeologists, paleontologists and geologists during recess.  Such wonderful scientific work being done!

We still love seeing that train everyday...even after two years!  Our favorite part is getting a wave and a thumbs up from the engineer :)

Teamwork makes the dream work!

We read a lovely book about kindness during morning meeting.  We've talked quite a bit about what it means to have the "holiday spirit" lately and how we can spread that joy, peace, gratitude, generosity and kindness each and every day.

Evan shares his "elf on the shelf" with us during his show and tell.  This is a great holiday tradition for many families and it's always fun to hear about those mischievous little elves and what they are up to at each household.
